Tsvetotron plant is large deversified enterprise with specification in production of semiconductor devices, printed circuit boards of various types, electronic devices, including products for agricultural machines and communication, consumer goods.
CHIPS FOR SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES
We can produce chips (dice) for diodes and zener-diodes (dimensions from 0.28 mm till 0.5 mm), we can cut silicon wafers by laser and disk skribers.
SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES
Switching epitaxial planar semiconductor diodes, universal diodes, Shottky barrier diodes, zener-diodes, SMD diodes and zener-diodes.
PHOTOELECTRIC TRANSDUCERS
Photoelectric transducer is used for transformation sun energy in electric. Photoelectric transducer is the main element of sun batteries.
PCB DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
One and double-sided, II - IV class of difficulties, conductor width not less 0.1 - 0.15 mm, hole diameter not less 0.6 mm, maximum dimentions 400 õ 600 mm.
